We’re pleased to share that there is no longer a minimum night stay at The Washington Private Suites! Whether you’re planning a quick getaway or an extended stay, we’re delighted to host you.

The Washington is strictly a nonsmoking facility. Smoking is not allowed in the building, in guest rooms, or within 25 feet of any commercial entrance. Evidence of smoking including the smell of smoke in the room or in the public and private outdoor areas will result in a minimum $250 charge plus the cost of any damaged property. (Yes, friends, we mean any kind of smoke!) No burning of any sort of object including candles or incense is allowed, and no other strongly-scented items are allowed in rooms. All of the above are subject to cleaning and damage fees.

We love animals, we really do! That said, we do not allow pets. We totally get it, and we hope there are no hard feelings!

Please contact us if traveling with your furry friend is a non-negotiable and you'd like a recommendation for either a pet-friendly accommodation or for local pet-sitters.

Street parking is free and plentiful in Port Townsend! For those looking to explore car-free, a regular shuttle from the Haines Place Park & Ride makes it easier than ever to visit downtown PT. Additionally, for busy weekends, there are two convenient paid parking lots just one block east on Washington Street.
